Premron manufacture a variety of conveyor types including trough belt, apron feeders, screw augers, chain feeders and other material handling equipment. We can supply most conveyor components from Idler Rollers, Trough Frames, Drum Pulleys, Impact Beds, Chutes, Skirts and Guarding. We offer full design, flow study and RPEQ certification. IDLER ROLLERS

A complete range of roller size and materials including Steel, Aluminium, HDPE and Carbon Fibre Composites manufactured to our third party accredited Quality Systems ISO 9001:2015. Our idlers are tested by TUNRA Bulk Solids Handling Research Associates in Newcastle, to SANS1313-3, DIN 22112-3, AS1683.

CONVEYOR BELTS

We offer all Conveyor belts from flat through to Wedge belt profiles. Fire Resistant Anti-Static Rubber (FRAS) and is tested to AS4606-2000 and AS1332-2000 suitable for underground coal mining. Fibre, Aramid (Kevlar) and or Steel Core belts. Rubber compounds including;

Abrasive Resistant Rubber (ARR)
Heat Resistant Rubber (HRR)
Chemical Resistant Rubber (CRR)
Food Grade Belt
Fire Resistant/ Anti Static (FRAS)

DRUM PULLEYS

Designed and manufactured to meet your specific loading requirement, Drum Pulleys are built for belt widths to 3500mm and diameters to 3200mm, and are supplied with bearings, face crowning and lagging to suit application.

TROUGHING FRAMES

In addition to our standard idler frames, we can custom build troughing frames to suit your existing equipment. These are designed to allow ease of maintenance.

TRACKING FRAMES

Pivot belt tracking frames can be installed for correct tracking, preventing common belt issues and costly spillage or down time. Our designs for ‘online’ tracking can be either manual or automated via electro-hydraulic means depending on client expectations.

GUARDING AND CHUTES

All our chutes are designed with product flow in mind. This can also be 3D modelled before build. Chutes can be mild steel, Bisalloy, Chromium clad plate, 3CR12 or Stainless Steel construction. We can install Chutes with UHMW Poly or Alumina Ceramic Tiles for heavy wear applications.

Carbon Fibre Composite Rollers

We have explored and developed new conveying solutions, such as the composite roller, which offers many unique properties including enhanced safety, less noise, and lighter weight whilst carrying the same loads as steel.

Robotic Welder

Premron now offers robotic welding technology, increasing the quality and productivity of welding and fabrication, and reducing operating costs for most projects.
